But probably best of all, now that Larkin Sentral has entered the Digital Age, booking bus tickets online and collecting your bus tickets is easier than ever. The fact that Larkin Sentral provides more than 8000 express bus routes to just about anywhere in Malaysia is the icing on the cake.

Q 2. Do I need to register first if I want to book my bus tickets online?

No, anyone can book online, without having to register first. And there's no need to download an app either. Just enter your location, destination, travel dates and the number of passengers into the booking form and off you go. Your bus details are emailed to you as your confirmation/e-ticket within seconds of completing your booking payment. The email address you submit during this payment process is the email address your confirmation email/e-tickets are sent to.

Q. 3. How can I pay for my online booking?

A. Payment can be done by:
  • - Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • - eNETS (DBS, UOB, OCBC Internet Banking in Singapore)
  • - Alipay
  • - Paypal
  • - eWallets including DBS PayLah! and GrabPay
  • - AXS Stations

Q 4. When can I book my tickets online?

A. Booking online is possible 24/7. Just make sure you arrive at Larkin Sentral one hour before your bus departs. After all, some periods are busier than others; ideally, some time buffer will enable you to complete the entire ticket collection process, even in the event there's a queue at the ticket counters.

Q5. What does the ticket counter need from me in order to validate my online booking?

A. You'll be asked to show your booking details in your confirmation email/e-ticket. Please make sure the screen of your device is clearly visible and all details can be seen. Counter staff may also request for your NRIC or passport.

Q 6. Do I need to print out my confirmation email/e-ticket?

A. When collecting your ticket at the Larkin Sentral ticket counter, your ticket will be printed for you on the spot. This paper ticket is now your boarding pass, so hang on to it, since you will need the QR code on it to be granted access to your bus gate. It's also good to know that a 2 Ringgit service fee is levied for the boarding pass.

Q 7. I've lost my confirmation email/e-ticket? How to proceed?

A. You can generate a new confirmation email/e-ticket by means of the Check My Booking page.

Q 8. I need to change my travel date/time? How to proceed?

A. Email your request to Support, who will then try to arrange for your new itinerary. Please note that whether this is feasible is subject to the amount of time left before your journey, as well as ticket availability on your new dates/times.

Q 9.Does my child need a ticket too?

A. Officially, children below 2 years of age are allowed to travel without a ticket.

Q 10. I didn't get my confirmation email/e-ticket after completing my online booking How to proceed?

A. Please have a look in your junk or spam folder. If it's not there, you can check your booking status or generate a new confirmation email/e-ticket by means of the Check My Booking page.
